If you have a pumpkin, you can make more than just soup from it. It also tastes great fried. And rosemary will add a pleasant aroma and taste to the dish.
Ingredients
You need the following:
- pumpkin - 800 g;
- rosemary - 2 sprigs;
- white wine - 4 tablespoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- vegetable oil;
- salt pepper.
How to cook a dish
Cut the pumpkin into large cubes. Wash and dry the rosemary. Remove the leaves from the stem. Crush the garlic and put it in heated oil in a pan. Fry until golden and take it out.
Fry the pumpkin with rosemary in this oil over medium heat. Add the wine. Reduce the gas and wait for the alcohol to evaporate from the wine. Salt and pepper the pumpkin. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, periodically stirring the dish.
Place the finished pumpkin on a plate and pour over the sauce that has formed in the pan. Serve the dish hot. Bon appetit!
