How to make compost from sawdust for the garden

It is best to start preparing compost in the spring, with the first warm days. The composting process takes place when the temperature of the mass rises to 40-50 degrees. When the temperature of the compost drops to 25 degrees, you can use fertilizer.

The simplest and most effective way to prepare compost, which additionally includes mineral fertilizers, looks like this:

per 1 cubic meter of sawdust, 2,5 kg of urea is applied (it can be replaced with 3,5 kg of ammonium nitrate). Another component is double superphosphate in the amount of 800 g and potassium sulfate - 1,5 kg. Urea/nitrate, superphosphate and potassium sulfate should be applied only after prior dissolution in water.

Each mineral fertilizer is applied separately and mixed thoroughly each time.
