Ingredients for the dish
Prepare the following set of products:
- flounder - 500-750 g;
- red wine - 1 tbsp.;
- broth - 1 tbsp.;
- flour - 1 tablespoons;
- potatoes - 800 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- parsley root - 1 pc.;
- cloves - 4 pcs.;
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 2 tablespoons;

How to cook
Place peeled parsley root and onion, cloves, bay leaves and a little ground black pepper in a saucepan. It will be such an aromatic pillow. Fish cut into portions is laid out on top of it. Salt it and cover it with wine and broth or water. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes.
When the fish is ready, pour the broth into another pan and prepare the sauce from it. Boil until there is a volume the size of one glass. Add flour, 1 tablespoon of butter and bring the mass to a boil. It will take about 3-4 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove the finished sauce from the heat and put another piece of butter in it. Stir well to combine with the sauce. Salt and strain so that there are no lumps.
