A mysterious scar has been spotted on the head of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. A stripe that could be a scar was spotted in a recent video of the Kremlin leader. Observers also note a strange phenomenon with publications on the Russian president's website — there was a pause. This was reported by the "Comments" portal with reference to the former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko.

"Running to pick up the phone from Trump and tripped?" the ex-official suggested.
More screenshots of Putin with and without a scar were provided by the Belarusian Telegram channel Nexta. The authors note that the "strange scar" is visible in photos taken on February 19, 20, and 21.
"On February 18 and 17, Harry Putin the Dictator was filmed from a different angle, and we didn't notice anything. But on February 15 and 16, no content was uploaded to the Kremlin website," the report says.
The public suggested that Putin's forehead "burst from Botox."
Read also on "Comments" — the prospect of effective negotiations to end the war in Ukraine still, unfortunately, looks illusory, says Ukrainian political analyst, former People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Vadym Denisenko. The ruler of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Putin will not comply with US President Donald Trump's demands that are impossible for Russia, and vice versa. In a comment for the Mi-Ukraine TV channel, Denysenko emphasized that the two basic factors for stopping the war — the loss of Chinese aid and the collapse of Russia's oil capabilities — are still only in the distant future.
"Therefore, Putin will most likely risk going all-in. However, if everything goes according to Trump's scenario, closer to winter he will start to run out of steam and China is unlikely to help," the expert suggested.
He suggested that there is still a possibility of a scenario of a quick end to the war. But only on the condition of quick agreements between the US and China and (or) quick results in actually blocking the export opportunities of Russian oil.
"Or Putin needs to be globally scared with something. And his main fear is life," Denisenko noted.
