The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded people how to transfer their cars for use by other drivers. To do this, you need to appoint the appropriate user.

A proper user is a person who legally uses a vehicle that does not belong to them. That is, in the event of automatic photo or video recording of traffic violations, the person who used the vehicle will receive the fines.

There are several convenient ways to assign the right user or share your vehicle.

In particular, this can be done at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or online from your phone in a few clicks - in the Driver's Office or in the Diya application. The car owner must have a vehicle registration certificate in electronic form. While the future user must have a driver's license of the appropriate category. An ID card or passport must also be displayed in Diya.

  • log in to the Driver's Office or Actions;
  • the owner creates a sharing request in the form of a QR code or shares a link;
  • The driver scans this code or follows the link and confirms their intention to become a valid user.

After that, the appropriate user will receive a car registration certificate.
