Protests in Slovakia
Protesters in over 40 cities in Slovakia took to the streets, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Fico.
Rallies were held in Bratislava and dozens of other Slovak cities on Friday, February 21, with participants demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Robert Fico, Reuters reports.
The demonstrators, in particular, chanted: "Slovakia is Europe" and "Enough, Fico."
The Dennik N newspaper cited a security expert's estimate of about 12 protesters in the capital. Two weeks ago, the number of protest participants was estimated at over 000.
In total, rallies were held in more than 21 cities on February 40.
