US President Donald Trump retweeted Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's statement that Europe would "stand at the feet of its master" - this is what Putin called the American president.

Donald Trump published the corresponding post on the social network Truth Social on Monday, February 10. The material, which quotes Putin's phrase that Trump will "quickly restore order" in Europe, was published by CNBC.

The Russian president praised his American counterpart, noting that his second administration would “restore order” in Europe.

"I assure you: Trump, with his character, with his persistence, will quickly restore order there. And all of them, you will see — it will happen quickly, soon — they will all stand at the feet of the master and will gently wag their tails. Everything will fall into place," Putin said in an interview with one of the Russian propagandists.

Apart from reposting this material, Donald Trump did not comment on its content in any way.

According to Russian and Western experts interviewed by the Associated Press, Putin is closer than ever to achieving his war goals and has little reason to agree to negotiations, no matter how much US President Donald Trump cajoles and threatens him.
