Prepare the greens that will be the basis (lettuce mix, arugula, or even Chinese cabbage). Cut several tomatoes, preferably cherry, because they look more aesthetically pleasing.

Fry the liver in a pan, in butter on both sides, the heat is maximum, so that the liver is ready within 3-5 minutes. At the end, add salt and a little pepper.
