I'll make a very delicious and incredibly tender cake in a matter of minutes. For some reason, everyone forgot about this recipe, girls, and for good reason!

Ingredients:

Cakes:

  • Eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Cocoa - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Ammonium - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

Cream:

  • Butter - 300 g
  • Boiled condensed milk – 1 can (500 ml.)
  • Chocolate cracker – 180 g
  • Peanuts, peeled and roasted – 200 g
  • Chocolate - 100 g

Preparation:

Cakes:

I beat the egg whites with a mixer until they are foamy, gradually adding the sugar. I add the egg yolks and beat well with a mixer.

Add flour and cocoa and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix ammonia with vinegar and pour into the dough, mix.

I line a 26 cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Cream:

I beat the soft butter with a mixer until fluffy. I add the boiled condensed milk and beat until smooth.




I grind the chocolate cracker and chocolate, add the peeled and roasted peanuts, and mix.

I cut the finished sponge cake in half horizontally, spread the cream and smooth it out.

I cover with a second cake layer and drizzle with melted chocolate. I put it in the refrigerator to soak for a few hours.
