I have a delicious recipe for homemade cottage cheese bagels for you. My children's favorite dessert, and I love to enjoy it with tea or coffee!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 250 g of sour milk cheese
- 100 g butter
- pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar
- 180-200 g of flour
- 1-2 tsp baking powder
For spreading:
- vanilla sugar 10 g
- cinnamon as desired
- sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:
Dough:
I add soft butter, salt, sugar to the cheese and mix.
I add flour and baking powder, knead the dough. I cover the dough with cling film and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
I roll out the dough into a round layer about 3 mm thick. I sprinkle it with sugar and vanilla sugar, and you can also add cinnamon if you wish. I roll it out and cut it into triangles, and wrap it in bagels.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
