Try marinating mackerel in tomato sauce. It is very tasty, and the main thing is that it is quick and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
- 1 mackerel
- 2 large onions
For the marinade:
- 100 ml of sunflower oil
- 400 ml of vinegar
- 1 Art. l. tomato paste
- 1 century. l sugar
- 1 Art. l. salt
- 0,5 č. l. peppers
- 6 pcs. black pepper
- 4 pcs. fragrant pepper
Preparation:
Thaw the mackerel, cut off the head and remove the entrails. Cut the fish into portions. Peel the onion and cut it into quarter rings. For the marinade, mix oil, vinegar, tomato paste, sugar, salt, sweet paprika, allspice and black pepper in a bowl.
Put on fire, bring to a boil, and then cool the marinade to room temperature. Put the onion on the bottom of the vessel, and put the fish on it. Repeat so that it lies in layers. Pour the cooled marinade on top, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Bon appetit!
