Part of the strawberries is sent to the pan and covered with sugar, then a new layer and sugar. The top layer of strawberries should be sprinkled with sugar. We leave it for 8-10 hours.
Then the process of cooking the jam begins. Wait for the first foam to appear and remove from heat. You need to wait 12 hours and repeat the process.
The procedure is carried out three times, and then the jam can be canned in jars.
