I make a delicious cheese soup in just 30 minutes! This cream cheese soup recipe is perfect when I don't have time to cook!
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- oil - 40 ml
- potatoes – 3-4 pcs. (400 g)
- water - 2 l
- processed cheese – 2 pcs. (150 g)
- Hard vermicelli – 50 g
- bay leaf - 1 pcs.
- salt – 1-2 tbsp.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- parsley
- bread (for crackers) – 2 slices
Preparation:
I take a 3-liter saucepan, put it on the fire, pour in the oil. First, I fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown. Then I add the grated carrots, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes. I peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, put them in the saucepan.
I pour in water, stir, and cook for about 10 more minutes after the water boils.
I cut the processed cheese into cubes and put it in a saucepan. I stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Then I pour in the hard vermicelli, mix it. Add the bay leaf, salt, pepper, mix it. Bring to a boil and add the chopped parsley. Mix it and remove from heat.
I cut the bread into cubes and fry it in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
I pour the soup into plates and add the crackers.
