Cheese casserole "Zebra" is so good that you have to admire it before trying it. Fans of light desserts and everything beautiful in gastronomy will be delighted, and children in general.

There are different variations of making striped casserole. We have a recipe without semolina and flour, thanks to which the multicolored cheesecake will turn out to be extremely tender. So that it does not fall apart, add binding elements - corn starch and eggs. Spectacular strips are a matter of technique: beat two versions of the dough in a mixer and in layers, carefully lay them out in a round shape. After baking, let the casserole cool down well. Serve, garnished with powdered sugar and a leaf of fresh mint.

Ingredients:

  • 500 cheese with a fat content of 9%
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g of natural yogurt
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 2 Art. l. corn starch
  • 4 Art. l. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • powdered powder
  • butter for greasing the mold

Preparation:

To prepare the "Zebra" casserole, first heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a heat-resistant glass or silicone mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm with butter.

Combine the eggs with regular and vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer into a lush foam. Add cheese and starch and mix. Set aside half of the dough. Add yogurt and cocoa to part of the dough, beat with a mixer.

Put in the center of the form 3 tbsp. l. light dough Put 3 tbsp. l. cocoa dough. Continue forming the casserole, alternating layers, until both types of dough are used up. Carefully transfer the mold to the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool the casserole completely in the tin, it should firm up during this time. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
