What do you need for cooking?
young zucchini — 3 pcs (for 6 portioned “boats”)
chicken fillet - 150 g
tomato - 150 g
hard cheese - 100 g
soy sauce or salt - to taste
greens - optional
How do we cook?
1. Wash the zucchini, cut lengthwise into two equal parts. Remove the soft base from each half with a teaspoon.
2. Salt the finished zucchini boats or grease a little with soy sauce.
3. Finely chop the soft part of the zucchini, add diced chicken, tomato and salt and spices to taste - mix everything in a bowl. This is the future filling of boats.
4. Place the zucchini bases on foil or a glass baking dish.
5. Fill the boats with the filling to make an even cap.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 30 minutes (temperature 175 degrees).
When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
