Chicken cutlets have a number of advantages, because they are considered healthy and dietary. However, when cooking with poultry fillets, an unpleasant situation may arise - the dish will turn out dry. If you use the proven recipe for chicken cutlets, the result will not disappoint you.
What products need to be prepared
- half a kilo of fillet;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 3 spoons of corn starch and sour cream with a fat content of at least 20%;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- one bulb;
- semolina for breading;
- salt, spices and greens at your discretion.
How to cook
First, you should cut the fillet into cubes. Then pass the garlic through a press and add it to the minced meat. The onion should be chopped smaller and sent to the other components. If you want to achieve a more uniform texture, it is best to pass the vegetable through a meat grinder.
Add chicken eggs and sour cream. Salt and add herbs and spices, mix.
All that remains is to add starch, once again bring it to a homogeneous state and send it to the refrigerator for several hours.
After that, we form medium-sized patties, bread them in semolina and fry them in a heated pan with oil until fully cooked.
