
I only used 4 ingredients and I had a very tasty salad that I could eat every day! It was eaten instantly, mine were gone in a matter of minutes!
Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken breast – 1 pc.
- Boiled carrot – 1 pc. (250 g.)
- Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- Pickles - 3-4 pcs.
- Dill - 20 g.
Sauce:
- Sour cream - 4 Art. l
- Salt – 1/3 tsp (to taste)
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic - 1 cloves.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
I cut the boiled chicken breast and boiled carrots into cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
I also dice the boiled eggs and pickles. I chop the dill.
Sauce:
In a separate bowl, I mix sour cream with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. I dress the salad with the dressing and mix everything well.
