I have yet to find a better chicken salad! But I have it and I'm sharing this delicious recipe today!
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 300 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- pineapples – 8 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
I boil the chicken breast in salted water with allspice and bay leaf for 20 minutes. Then I leave the breast to cool slightly in the broth, then put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely. I cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
I hard-boil cold eggs in salted water, then cool, peel, and cut into small cubes. I grate the cheese on a large grater, and cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine chicken breasts, eggs, cheese, and pineapples, season with mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly.
