Salad "Interesting": served in 2 versions

I made a very satisfying salad with fish, and I also tried it as a spread and was surprised that it was so delicious! You can eat it every day!

Ingredients:

  • onion 5 pc.
  • 2 carrot pieces.
  • fish 500-600 g (polco, hake)
  • boiled eggs 3 pieces.
  • walnuts 100 g
  • mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Fry the onion, cut into half rings, in oil until golden brown.

I add grated carrots to the onions and fry until the vegetables are soft.

I cut the fish into pieces and boil it for 10-15 minutes from the moment the water boils, adding more bay leaves. I cool it and cut it into small pieces, or I disassemble it with my hands.

I put the fish, the roast, and the boiled eggs into a salad bowl.

I toast and chop the nuts, add them to the salad. I season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
