Such a quick and delicious cake, girls, I still have to look for it! I just mix everything together and send it to bake, ready!
Ingredients:
- Raisins - 100 g
- Oil - 150 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla sugar - 8 g
- Kefir 3,2% - 450 ml
- Baking soda – 1-2 tsp.
- Salt - 1-8 tsp.
- Flour - 390 g
- Powdered sugar – 1 tsp (for decoration)
Preparation:
I pour raisins into a bowl, pour hot water over it, and let it brew.
In another bowl, I pour oil, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix. I pour kefir, mix. I add soda, salt, sift flour in parts. I knead the dough, into which I pour raisins.
I spread the mixture into a baking dish. I cook the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
I sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar after baking. It turns out a wonderful raisin cake in 1 hour!
