My husband now buys fish every weekend so I can cook it for him using this recipe! It tastes so good to us!
Ingredients:
- Fish (catfish) 3 kg
- meal
- Salt pepper
- Onion 3 pc.
Marinade:
- Sugar 400 g
- Vinegar 9% 400 ml
- Chili ketchup 1 p.
- Mild ketchup 1 p.
Preparation:
I dip the fish pieces in flour, salt, and pepper and fry them in oil until golden brown.
Marinade:
I mix sugar, vinegar and two types of ketchup.
I take a convenient tray or deep bowl and spread the fried fish, add the onion cut into half rings on top and pour the marinade.
I make several layers like this, depending on the shape. I cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, or better, overnight.
Enjoy with your favorite side dish!
