We will tell you how to cook a very simple, or it is also called lazy, but very tasty "Honey" with sour cream. Using biscuit instead of traditional thin cakes makes the cake softer, more delicate and airier.

Dough:

  • Honey - 4 tbsp
  • Soda - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Melted butter - 200 g
  • Flour - 3 glasses

Cream:

  • Sour cream - 900 g (do not take less, because the cakes will absorb the cream and the cake will turn out dry)
  • Powdered sugar, sugar to taste
  • If you add prunes, it will be tastier

Method of cooking

  • Melt the honey, add soda (be careful, it will increase in volume a lot! Take a large saucepan).
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar and butter well, gradually pour cooled honey and soda
  • Add flour (to the state of very thick sour cream)
  • Pour the dough onto a wide baking sheet covered with parchment, which comes with the oven (do not forget to grease the parchment with oil).
  • Bake at 180C ~ 15 min (here you have to watch, the cake should open)
  • Take out the cake, cool it and cut it in half, and then cut each half into two cakes, in total there should be 4 cakes. Cut the edges of the cakes and grind them into crumbs in a blender or by hand.
  • Beat the sour cream with powdered sugar and spread the cream on the cakes, sprinkle the side walls of the cake with crumbs and put it in the refrigerator overnight to stabilize. Decorate with berries, nuts as desired.
