Suzuki is gradually introducing its first electric models to the market. They recently presented their debut electric car, the Suzuki eVitara, and now they have shown their first electric bike, the e-Address. This was reported on the Japanese manufacturer's website, Focus writes.

The new product is based on the Suzuki Address petrol scooter. It is equipped with an electric motor with 5,4 hp and 15 N∙m, as well as an LFP battery with a capacity of 3,7 kWh.

The Suzuki e-Address has a range of 87 km. Charging the battery at home takes approximately 6 hours 45 minutes, and in fast mode - 2 hours 12 minutes. A brake recuperation system is also installed.

The Suzuki electric scooter weighs 122 kg and has a 17-liter under-seat trunk. The equipment includes keyless start, a digital instrument panel, LED optics and USB ports.

The new Suzuki e-Address will be produced in India from April and will be available in Europe by the end of 2025. The price will be around $1400-1500 (at the level of an expensive smartphone), making it the cheapest electric Suzuki.
