
Homemade baking is popular among cooks, because it is both cheap and an opportunity to improve your baking skills.
To prepare these magnificent buns, you will need the simplest set of products and 30 minutes of free time.
You will need kefir, sugar, butter, eggs, soda, salt, vinegar and flour.
The first thing to do is to turn into a homogeneous mass 3 tbsp. l. sugar, one chicken egg and ½ tsp. salt
Mix the ingredients with a fork or whisk. Pour 300 ml of kefir into the resulting mixture. It should be warm enough, at least room temperature. Thanks to this, the buns turn out lush.
After the first four ingredients have turned into a homogeneous mass, add flour. For a small amount of kefir, sugar and flour, 7 glasses of 100 ml of sifted flour are enough.
In this recipe, some cooks add flour all at once, instead of adding it a little at a time. It does not affect the final result.
Together with the flour, add 1/3 tsp. soda quenched with vinegar. The dough is kneaded and let it rest a little. Then roll out to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Spread liquid butter on one side of the dough. For taste, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar
Twist the dough into a roll. Cut into 10 equal parts. Each part is dipped in sugar. Then fry on both sides in vegetable oil and medium heat. Or send it to the oven for 20 minutes at a normal temperature of 180 degrees.
