
Our favorite pies: hearty and tasty filling, soft dough, and very easy to make! My husband eats them all hot almost immediately!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Kefir - 300 ml
- Soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 450 g
- Oil - 20 ml
Toppings:
- Sausage - 200 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Greens - to taste

I grate the sausage and cheese on a large grater, finely chop the herbs, and mix the ingredients.
Dough:
I pour kefir into one bowl, add soda, eggs, sugar, mix the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. I sift the flour into the kefir, knead the dough. After that, I pour oil into the dough. I continue to knead until the oil is absorbed into the mixture. I cover the dough with cling film and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
I divide the rested dough into 2 parts. I roll both parts into a thin layer. I spread the filling on the first layer at a small distance from each other.
I place the second part of the dough on top of the filling. I squeeze out the layers of the pies using a container of the appropriate diameter (you can additionally pinch the edges).
I heat the oil in a frying pan, put the patties in the hot oil. I bake the patties on both sides until they are golden brown.
As a result, the pies can be prepared quite quickly. The cheese and sausage filling will be a satisfying solution for a variety of products.
