My favorite homemade cookies, housewives, I still need to find a recipe like this! It's very easy to make, and these cookies fall apart in an instant!
Ingredients:
- butter - 180 g
- salt - a pinch
- powdered sugar - 90 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- egg - 1 pc.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- starch - 40 g
- flour - 320 g
Preparation:
I add salt and powdered sugar to the soft butter and mix with a spoon. I also add vanilla sugar and an egg and mix.
I add baking powder, starch, and flour, knead a smooth dough on the table. I put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
I roll the dough into a rectangular layer, use cookie cutters to cut out patterns, and cut square cookies.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
