Napoleon cookies: they're hard to stop. Like seeds, so delicious with tea

I offer you my favorite, family recipe. The cookies are crispy, airy, flaky and very tasty! It doesn't lose its taste every day, but only gets better. The cookies make a lot, you can make half a portion. Be sure to try it!

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 600 g
  • Margarine (72%) - 250 g
  • Lard – 250 g
  • Cream - 250 d
  • Eggs - 1 pcs.
  • Live yeast - 20 g
  • Powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation:

I add pieces of margarine and lard to the sifted flour. I mix it with my hands into crumbs.

I add sour cream, egg, yeast and knead the dough with my hands until smooth. I cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge overnight.

The next day, I roll out the dough on a floured table, divide it into 2 parts. Roll each part into a layer 0,5-0,8 cm thick. Cut out cookies of any shape. Place on a dry baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven until the cookies are golden brown.
