I made omelet rolls with minced chicken and mushrooms right in the oven. This hot appetizer is loved by everyone, without exception!
Ingredients:
Egg pancakes:
- eggs 6 pieces.
- sour cream 3 st. l.
- a pinch of salt
Toppings:
- minced chicken 450-500 g
- fried mushrooms 200 g
- salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic to taste
Fill:
- 150 ml meat broth or water
- sour cream 2 st. l.
Additionally:
- cheese 150 g
- favorite greens for decoration
Preparation:
Egg pancakes:
I mix the eggs with sour cream and a pinch of salt. In a frying pan with oil, I fry the egg pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
I add fried mushrooms to the minced chicken. I also add salt, ground black pepper, and dried garlic to taste. I mix well.
I spread the filling on the pancake, fold the edges, and roll it into rolls.
I put the pancakes with the filling in a baking dish.
Fill:
In a bowl, mix meat broth or water with sour cream, pour over the pancakes. Cover the pan with foil, and put in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
I take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
I decorate the dish with my favorite herbs and serve!
