But even in cases where a person's weight is not a problem, there are a number of products, including useful ones, that can have a devastating effect on the cartilage and bone tissue of the joints, experts warn.

So, for example, the joints are adversely affected by the accumulation of oxalic acid, which is contained in such healthy foods as parsley, green onions, green beans, chocolate, cocoa beans, and peanuts. An increase in its concentration leads to systemic inflammation and arthritis of the joints as its consequences.

Another group of products that has a destructive effect on the joints - they contain a lot of phosphorus, but at the same time there is little calcium. These include poultry, green vegetables, potatoes, and fish.
