How to make kefir spread
To prepare such a treat, you will need kefir, the fat content of which will be at least 2,5%. In addition, you will need 2-3 cloves of garlic, fresh dill, salt and ground black pepper to your taste, as well as your favorite spices. This amount of products is enough to prepare a spread in the volume sold in boxes in the store.

First, you need to put the kefir in the freezer overnight so that the product freezes well. When the kefir is completely frozen, you need to take it out, remove the film or cardboard box from it, and transfer it to gauze, which was previously folded in several layers. Hang the gauze with kefir over a sieve so that all the whey flows out of the product. Leave it in the refrigerator for a whole day.

As a result, you will get a delicate cheese mass that can be spread on bread and pancakes. Finely chop the dill and chop the garlic. Add the chopped products to the spread, salt the cheese mass, and also add your favorite spices. Mix the resulting mixture well so that all the components are evenly distributed.
