I've been making street pies since childhood! Very tasty fried pies with meat! Remember this unforgettable taste! This is probably the most delicious pastry from childhood, which almost everyone loved. In my opinion, I found the closest recipe!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- warm water 350 ml
- dry yeast 7 g
- sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- salt 0,5 hours. l.
- oil 1 tbsp. l.
- flour 650-700 g
Toppings:
- minced meat 600 g
- onion 1 pc.
- salt 0,5 hours. l.
- black pepper 0,5 tsp.
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Dough:
I pour water into a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, salt, mix. I pour in oil, mix. I add flour and knead the dough with my hands. I grease the dough and the bowl with oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Toppings:
Fry finely chopped onion in oil until soft.
Add the minced meat and fry until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool in a bowl.
Then I blend the minced meat with a blender until smooth.
I roll the dough out again and again, leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes under a film. Then I divide it into pieces and form balls with my hands. I stretch it into cakes, spread the filling in the middle and form the pies in the form of tubes.
I heat a large amount of oil and fry the patties until golden brown.
