I tried it at a restaurant and it was the most delicious chicken breast I've ever had! I asked for the recipe and it's so easy that anyone can make it! Now my whole family loves this recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 bulb
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3nd tooth garlic
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 3 pieces of chicken breast (900 g)
- salt, cumin, red and black pepper to taste
- 1 Art. l. oil
- cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- 4 kartoplini
- cheddar cheese 50 g
- salt, pepper, dried mint to taste
Sauce:
- 1 Art. l. tomato paste
- 200 ml water
Preparation:
I put pieces of onion, bell peppers, garlic, and parsley into the blender bowl. I grind them into a homogeneous mass. I transfer them to a bowl.
In the same blender bowl, I put the chicken breast pieces and grind them into a smooth paste. Now I mix the chicken with the ground vegetables in the blender until smooth.
I transfer it to a bowl, add salt, cumin, red and black pepper to taste. I pour in the oil and mix.
Toppings:
I peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, boil them in salted water until tender, and mash them. I grate the cheese, add salt, pepper, and dried mint to taste, and mix.
I shape the meat into patties with my hands, put the potato filling in the middle, and roll them into balls. I do this using cling film or a bag.
Sauce:
I mix tomato paste with water. I put the balls in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them. I put them in the oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes.
I take it out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and put it back in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
