I fell in love with this dessert from the first bite! It's so delicious and soft! I asked for the recipe and now I make it every weekend!
Ingredients:
- 350 g of puff pastry
Custard:
- 30 g flour
- 220 ml of cold milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- lemon zest 1
- 110 g of water
- 180 g of sugar
- 80 g egg yolk
Preparation:
I roll out the puff pastry and twist it into a roll.
I cut the roll into 12 pieces, put them in a baking dish, and put them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Custard:
I mix the flour with less than half of the milk from the total amount until smooth. Now I pour the rest of the milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan, put a cinnamon stick and add lemon zest. I bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, but do not boil. When it starts to boil, I turn off the heat and pour in the diluted flour, mix. I put it back on the heat, stirring constantly with a spoon, until the mass thickens.
I remove the pan from the heat. I take another pan in which I will cook the cheese, pour in water, add sugar, boil until boiling and after another 4 minutes. Then I immediately pour the syrup into the custard mass and mix. I pass the entire mass through a sieve and cool it completely. When the cream has cooled, I add the yolks and mix with a blender until smooth.
I take the mold out of the refrigerator, distribute the dough with my hands into the molds, and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Pour in the cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees until the dessert is browned.
Bon appetit!
