Operators of the 412th NEMESIS Regiment detected and delivered a precise strike on the Buk-M3 air defense system in the Zaporizhia direction. The occupiers were using it as cover for their troops.
This was reported by the Unmanned Systems Forces.
The Buk-M3 (9K37M3/SA-17 Grizzly) is a modern mobile anti-aircraft missile system of the Russian Federation, equipped with 9M317M missiles, which reach speeds of over 3 km/s.
This system is capable of simultaneously attacking up to 36 air targets, creating a serious threat to aviation and UAVs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
We remind you that in the past day, in the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders carried out two attacks in the direction of Novopil. In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
