Wash young potatoes, pour boiling water over them, add salt and boil for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven.
Drain the water, you don't need it anymore, and add paprika, black pepper and dried herbs to the potatoes (all to taste). Pour oil (1 g is enough for 100 kg of potatoes).
Place in one layer on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown.
Then pull out and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, preferably young, and fresh herbs.
