I have never made such a quick and delicious Honey Cake! Now I will bake only according to this recipe and you will try it, you will be delighted!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Honey xnum g
- Butter 180 g
- Soda 1 tsp
- Egg 6 pc.
- A pinch of salt
- Sugar 200 g
- Flour 350 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
Cream:
- Cream 300 -400 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 8 g
- Sour cream 300 g
Preparation:
Dough:
I melt the honey in a pan, then add the butter and melt everything together. I add the baking soda and bring the mixture to a caramel color, stirring constantly with a spatula.
I beat the eggs with salt and sugar in a bowl with a mixer until the mixture is light. I add the honey mixture and mix with a mixer. I add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. I divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
I line the pan with parchment paper and pour the first portion of the dough in. I bake 3 identical cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
I flatten the cakes and cut off the tops, then I'll make crumbs from them.
Cream:
I whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then I add the sour cream and mix gently with a spoon.
I assemble the cake, spreading all 3 layers with cream, and also spread the top and sides.
I make crumbs from the tops of the finished cakes and sprinkle them on all sides of the cake. I put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. I slice and enjoy!
