Today I have the most delicious "Teriniki" pancakes, my favorite dish from childhood, they turn out so great, crispy on the outside, and tender, soft on the inside, they are a pleasure to eat, and even with sour cream... mmm, how delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1,5 kg mapping
- 1 onion
- 1nd tooth garlic
- 1 century. l. sour cream
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Preparation:
I grate the potatoes and onions into a deep bowl. I also grate the garlic.
I add sour cream, salt and egg, and mix well.
I heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the mixture with a tablespoon, forming round patties. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
I like it with sour cream!
