It is difficult to prepare traditional dumplings in 20 minutes, but you don't need more time to be lazy. Prepare and enjoy, because it is so simple and easy in a hurry.

For cooking we take:
450 g of sour milk cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 / 2 tsp salt
150 g of flour and 100 g for making dumplings
butter and jam for serving

Beat soft cheese, eggs, sugar and salt well with a blender, add flour and knead the dough with a spoon, it will be quite sticky, as it should be.

Sprinkle the surface with flour, lay out all the dough. Divide it into 4 parts, sprinkle each with flour and roll into a long sausage. Cut into small pieces up to 5 mm thick.
