Sugar-free dessert made from cookies and banana in 5 minutes: step-by-step recipe
This amazing dessert doesn't need to be left to set in the fridge for hours! This means that if you have guests over, you can whip up this delicious and beautiful dessert in just a few minutes and serve it almost immediately. Believe me, it's so delicious that everyone will be delighted and will definitely ask for the recipe!
You will need the following ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 400 milliliters of fermented baked milk;
- 1 banana;
- 10 pieces of cookies.
Step 1
First of all, prepare the containers for the dessert - these can be wide glasses or beautiful jars. The main thing is to remember that this dessert is portioned, so you need to serve it on the table in the container in which you prepared it.
Step 2
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs so that there are no large pieces. This is easiest to do in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, put the cookies in a tight bag and crush them with a rolling pin. However, it is very important not to overdo it at this stage – the cookies do not need to turn into flour.

Step 3
Wash the banana well, peel it and cut it into slices about 0,4 cm thick. Start laying out the dessert in layers. To do this, pour crushed cookies at the very bottom of the glass (usually 1 tablespoon is enough to cover the bottom). Place a layer of banana on the cookies and press it slightly against the cookies. Pour a layer of fermented baked milk (about 3 tablespoons for each layer). The fermented baked milk should completely cover the bananas.
Step 4
In the same order, lay out the next layer – cookies, bananas, fermented baked milk, and then repeat a few more times. For one serving with a small diameter glass, four layers are usually enough. If there are more layers, the serving will be too large for one person.
Step 5
Place the last layer – a thin layer of cookies to simply sprinkle the fermented baked milk on. The dessert can be eaten almost immediately, but it is better to leave it in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes so that the cookies are soaked with fermented baked milk. Decorate with berries or a mint leaf. Enjoy!
Interesting trick:
The more cookies and the less fermented baked milk, the drier and “breadier” the dessert will be. If you add a little less cookies and a little more fermented baked milk, you will get a cheesy mass.
