Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken
- 3 Art. l. oil
- 1 bulb
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 Art. l. tomato paste
- 20 g butter
- 1,5 tbsp. l. curry spices
- 500 g of cream
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a heated pan, place the cubed chicken fillet and fry until golden brown. Add black pepper and salt, mix and transfer to another dish. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and butter to the pan, add the chopped onion and fry until golden.
Add garlic, and after 2 minutes - tomato paste. Saute everything for 2-3 minutes. Put the fried chicken back in this pan, add the curry spices, stir and pour in the cream. Cook over low heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes. Bon appetit!
