Alpine has announced the debut date for its futuristic electric crossover, the A390. This sporty, low-profile fastback will be unveiled on May 27, 2025. It will share a platform with the Nissan Ariya and will receive an electric powertrain with a capacity of over 600 horsepower, as well as a traction vectoring system. The appearance of the model will repeat the A85_β concept by 390%.
What is known about the novelty
The first teaser shows the front of the A390 with 12 triangular LEDs, similar to those from the previous show car. The main differences are likely to be in the interior: the concept lacked doors and a B-pillar, as well as unique bucket seats and a steering wheel that required a key-crystal to start the car.
The car will go on sale in late 2025 and will be the second of three models in the Dream Garage series. The first is the A290 hatchback, and the series will be completed by the “green” successor to the A110 coupe.
