Ingredients:
- 250 ml of warm kefir
- pinch of salt
- 250-300 g of flour
- 0,5 hours. L. soda
For the filling you will need:
- 6 potatoes
- 20 g butter
- 150 g of cheese
- greenery

Preparation of the dough:
Pour warm kefir into a vessel, add soda and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Be sure to sift the flour and pour it into the kefir. Knead the dough and continue kneading it with your hands for 5-7 minutes.
Boil potatoes, drain the water, add grated cheese, butter, chopped greens and mash well. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Sprinkle the surface with flour, roll out a piece of dough, spread the filling and wrap it in the form of a khinkali.
Then turn it over to the other side and roll out a cake with a diameter of 24 cm. Fry each cake separately on a pan heated with oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Put the cakes on a plate and grease them with oil. Bon appetit!
