I made a chocolate crumbly crispy pie with a delicate cheese filling in a matter of minutes! It's easy and simple to prepare, and the result is amazing! It's especially delicious the second day!
Ingredients:
Crumb dough:
- 300 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- cocoa 30 g
- baking powder 1,5 tsp.
- vanillin 1 g
- butter 200 g
Toppings:
- sour milk cheese (at least 5%) 600 g
- eggs 2 pieces.
- 180 g sugar
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
- starch (corn) 1,5 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Crumb dough:
I mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla in a bowl. I add the butter and mix with my hands into a uniform crumb.
Toppings:
I add eggs to the cheese and beat with a blender until smooth. I add sugar, vanilla sugar and starch. I mix with a blender until the mass is smooth.
I put parchment paper in a 22 cm diameter pan. I spread a layer of shortcrust pastry first and then cream on top.
So I make 3 layers of cake, alternating crumbs and cream. The last layer is crumbs. I bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
