When I have pita bread and 300 g of cheese, I prepare this deliciousness! I tell you for sure that it doesn't get any faster! I think this is a great idea for breakfast, dinner or a snack. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare + time for baking. The perfect recipe to feed the family and not stand at the stove for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • sour milk cheese 300 g
  • eggs 6 pieces.
  • a pinch of salt
  • kefir 600 ml
  • 3 pita pieces.
  • verskovo oil

Preparation:

In a bowl, beat the cottage cheese, eggs, and a pinch of salt with a blender until smooth. Pour in the kefir and mix.

I grease a 31 by 21 cm baking dish with butter. I take 3 pita breads and arrange them in an accordion shape in the dish.

I pour the filling on top. I also put small pieces of butter.

After baking, I cover it with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. I slice it and enjoy!
