Keith Kellogg explained what Russia must do to stop the war
To achieve peace, Putin must make territorial concessions, refuse to use armed forces in the future, and reduce them.
The United States President's Special Representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stressed that Russia must make territorial concessions. He noted this during a speech at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, February 15.
Also, according to him, the Russian Federation must agree to abandon the use of its army and reduce the number of personnel in its troops.
In addition, Kellogg explained that it is important to prevent Russia from forming an alliance with Iran, North Korea, and China.
"Putin must give up Ukrainian territories to make a deal, and not just territories: perhaps reduce the army and not create an alliance with China, North Korea, and Iran," Trump's special representative noted.
In turn, Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for the creation of the Armed Forces of Europe. In his opinion, Europe should become self-sufficient and unite its military power with Ukraine.
