For the dough you need:
2 eggs
200-250 g of sugar
250 g of whey
100 g of butter
350 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
100 r rods
20 g powdered sugar
Wash the raisins well, pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes. After that, drain the water and dry the raisins. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add whey and butter to the mixture and mix until smooth.
After that, add flour to the mixture together with baking powder, mix and add raisins. Spread the dough in muffin tins 2/3 of the way up and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After that, cool the cupcakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You should have up to 20 cupcakes
