Potatoes in bacon and cheese - dinner will be delicious

Ingredients

You need the following:

• potato;
• bacon;
• cheese;
• sour cream - 200 ml;
• mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
• garlic - 2 cloves;
• dill;
• ground black pepper.

How to cook

Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, chop the dill here, pass the garlic through a press, sprinkle with ground black pepper. This will be the sauce for the potatoes. But it needs to be boiled.

Now put the potatoes in the sauce and coat them completely. Each potato should be wrapped in a strip of bacon. To prevent it from unfolding, fix it with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet. Spread the rest of the sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
