I bake a very tasty cake with peaches and the most delicate cream. I cook it so often because the recipe is very simple and quick!

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 1 egg
  • 8 g of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 100 ml. oil
  • 220 g flour
  • 12 g of baking powder

Cream:

  • 200 ml. milk
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • 2 century. l. sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 Art. l. corn starch

Additionally:

  • 200 g of peaches in syrup
  • almond petals
  • icing sugar for decoration

Preparation:

Dough:

I mix the egg with vanilla and ordinary sugar, add oil, mix. I pour in flour and baking powder and knead a homogeneous dough with my hands. I divide the dough into 2 pieces.

Form with a diameter of 25 cm. grease it with butter, lay out 1 piece of dough, flatten it in the form and form the sides. I roll out the second piece of dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces and put them in circles.

Cream:

I mix milk, vanilla and regular sugar, egg yolk and starch in a saucepan. I put it on fire, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

I put the cream in the form between the dough.

I put pieces of dogs on top and sprinkle with almonds. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

I decorate with powdered sugar, delicious!
