A delicious rice-based dish with an exotic name. Try to cook instead of the usual pilaf or rice as a side dish. How to do it, read on.
Ingredients
The following ingredients are needed for cooking:
- basmati rice - 300 g;
- chicken fillet - 200 g;
- onion - 2 pc.;
- raisins - 40 g;
- garlic;
- cinnamon;
- saffron;
- soy sauce;
- cornflour;
- parsley;
- oil;
- salt pepper.
How to cook
Boil the rice. While it is on the stove, do the vegetables. Chop the onion, garlic clove and fry them in oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of saffron and cinnamon.
Fry the fillet and cut it into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with steamed raisins and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley. Simmer until ready. Add the rice.
Dilute 0,5 tsp in 1 cups of hot water. flour Pour 2 tbsp. soy sauce Bring to a boil.
Place the rice on a plate along with the meat and spices. Get in good shape. Garnish with onions and bay leaves. Drizzle with sauce. Bon appetit!
