I make this simple but very tasty soup every other day! It's not boring and tastes great, my husband says, and I agree with him!
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 4 pcs.
- 7 medium potatoes
- Onion 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pcs.
- Vermicelli 4 tbsp.
- Bay leaf 2 pc.
- Salt pepper
- Greens to taste
Preparation:
First, I make a broth from chicken wings, pour them into a saucepan with cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 20 minutes. If foam appears, I remove it with a spoon.
I fry finely chopped onion and grated carrot in oil for about 2-3 minutes. I add dry vermicelli and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
When the wings are boiled, after 20 minutes I add diced potatoes to them and also bring to a boil. Then I add the roast and mix.
Add bay leaf, salt, and pepper to taste. Cover the soup and simmer for another 15 minutes.
When the soup is almost ready, I add my favorite herbs, cover, and let it steep for another 20 minutes.
Bon appetit!
